That was a typo error or auto correction in the last sentence. That is a good thing because it’s means a minor cannot accidentally enter into contracts on the Internet which is easy to do these days.

An adult can purchase the property interest for minor, If you wants to buy a purchase a property for your child who is under 18. It’s really helpful to know more about the situation but a minor alone cannot enter into a contract. That is a good thing because it means a minor cannot accidentally had to rent two contracts on the Internet which easy to do these days.
